You are committing yourself to the event upon registration. However, we understand your schedule may change but want to guarantee your slot to HTL. Registration will guarantee registration to HTL XII. If you pay a deposit your additional installment will be due May 31 and then final payment due May 30, 2009 for the 5 night lodging plan. All deposit plans will lodge at the wonderful Sooner Lodge.

You may also mail in your registration fee with check or money order.

In case of cancellation your registration will only be credited to another event in the future.There are no refunds and you can not apply an HTL registration fee to a current advertised SS event before June 19, 2011. If you have to cancel for emergency reasons, you are credited to future event(s) after June 19, 2011.

If you fly into St. Louis Lambert Airport and rent a car, your drive time will be from 1.5 to 2 hours.

Lodging and meals included. Lodging is based on double occupancy

The recommended airport is St. Louis Lambert Airport. You are responsible for your own transportation to and from the Walnut Knob Resort. If you can not afford a rental car, please email us for additional information concerning a car pool.
