If you would like to budget and register with a payment of a 400 deposit budget plan, a convenient form is available. This will guarantee registration to HTL X. If you pay a deposit your additional 400 installments will be due January 1 and then final payment due March 1, 2009 for the 5 night lodging plan.

You may also mail in your registration fee with check or money order.

In case of cancellation your registration will only be credited to another event in the future.There are no refunds and you can not apply an HTL registration fee to a current advertised SS event before June 11, 2009. If you have to cancel for emergency reasons, you are credited to future event(s) after June 11, 2009.

If you fly into St. Louis Lambert Airport and rent a car, your drive time will be from 1.5 to 2 hours.

The recommended airport is St. Louis Lambert Airport. You are responsible for your own transportation to and from the Walnut Knob Resort. If you can not afford a rental car, please email us for additional information concerning a car pool.
